Four brave (or is that crazy?) kayakers enjoyed the challenge of tumultuous waters and freezing temperatures on Lake Red Rock today. With 15 mph NW winds gusting to 25 mph the conditions weren't quite difficult enough for our resident expert kayaker, John Pearson, to practice for his up-coming skills exams. John is testing for his ACA Level 4 Instructor Certification - a multi-day testing situation on Lake Michigan in conditions that make today's conditions on Lake Red Rock look like calm water.
